TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/RESOURCER x2
Established in 1992, MW Appointments is a specialist recruitment consultancy focusing on the Insurance and Reinsurance sector. We are a dynamic, privately owed company and due to business expansion we have an opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer to join the successful Recruitment Team based in the heart of the City and for one in our Borehamwood office based in Herts.
As a Recruitment Resourcer at MW Appointments you will be required to:
Quickly develop an undersrtanding of the (re)insurance sector
Learn internal procedures and systems
Register and interview candidates on the telephone
Search internal & extenal computer databases for suitable candidates
Contact potential candidates and ask questions to determine their suitability for current vacancies
Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants
Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission
