We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional or trainee to join us and develop a new desk in the industrial sector. Berry is already very strong in this area and our existing industrial desk is bursting at the seams, so we need to grow the team to keep up with demand.

Whilst Recruitment industry experience would be great, we know that some of the best Recruiters came from other industries and transferred their sales skills across to ours. The key skills needed are 360 sales development, excellent customer service and relationship building ability – you will make your own sales right from following leads through to sourcing and delivering the right candidates, and all the associated compliance and paperwork.

You will need to be highly driven, self-motivated and have a determination to build business for yourself. In return we offer one of the best commission and bonus schemes in the industry and a supportive infrastructure in which to grow.
