We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join an established business in Ashford.
This role shall be reporting directly to the Accounts Manager and is responsible for processing multi companies bookkeeping up to Trial Balance and transactional processing on Sage.
Main Duties:
All aspects of Purchase Ledger:
Matching, batching and coding
Processing Payments
Supplier statement reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Journals
Processing monthly expenses
Intercompany transactions
Filing
Sage Line Knowledge is essential
Candidates who are AAT qualified are preferred
