Our client based in Kent is looking to recruit a Business Solutions Architect to join the development team.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
• Produce documentation on existing architecture and database schemas
• Develop a deep understanding of the primary supported systems so as to be able to translate business requirements into functional changes.
• Produce a detailed functional design documents to match customer requirements
• Contribute to the technical design of systems and architectures.
• Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives to business problems
• Performing system modelling, analysis and planning. This may include researching software and hardware products and services and finding the best solutions and prices to meet business requirements
• Provide assistance to customers identifying improvements to business processes
• Analyse software and business processes systems to align the software solutions with business objectives and the mission statement.
• Identify and define specifications for enhancements in performance of existing business system.
• Presenting and translating the design to customers.

Experience
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
- Hands-on expertise in some in the following technologies:, .NET and related technologies ( XML, etc). Database technologies (SQL Server, stored procedures)
- Strong analytical & problem solving ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Willingness to learn and share information with colleagues
- Able to cope with a pressured environment maintaining a polite and cheerful disposition at all times.
