The Recruitment division was launched 2 ½ years ago and is a constantly evolving, successful addition to the range of business solutions Outset UK offers.
We offer a service that is more akin to an internal recruitment service than traditional agency recruitment, with our consultants assisting with writing job specs for clients, planning media campaigns, screening and shortlisting – including face to face first round interviews on behalf of our clients, psychometric profiling, technical testing, reporting around progress. We also offer training and support to our clients, educating them in best practice around interviewing, recruiting and exit interviews.
Our recruitment solution complements the other facets of Outset UK’s business – Employment Law and Mergers and Acquisitions , Employee Relations and a full HR service with dedicated HR Consultants.
We are looking for someone to join Recruitment and help continue to grow the business – this person could either be an Internal Recruiter / Account Manager – to professionally service and capitalise on the existing accounts, or a Business Developer who has generalist recruitment experience who can do 360 recruitment and build new business. Either role will have the flexibility and ability to do the other role, we are a small team and we all support each other and take ownership collectively.
