Position: Sales Order Processor
Location: Sidcup, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week).
Contract Type: Full Time and Permanent
Reports to: Operation Manager
Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be the processing of incoming sales orders and general office support on an as-needs basis. You will need to ensure that all orders are entered correctly and promptly and make sure queries are resolved in a timely manner. You will be expected to converse with customers and colleagues in a professional manner, using the appropriate means of communication.
Person Specification: The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies and qualifications:-
• Be able to work within a team
• Be able to plan and organise oneself
• Have the ability to learn from experience
• Have good attention to detail
• GCSE English and Maths
