SERVICE ADVISOR
We require a conscientious, self motivated Service Advisor to work within our busy, fast-moving aftersales operation.
The ideal candidate will be IT literate and will have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Duties will include taking inbound calls, booking vehicles into the workshop, obtaining authorities and following up on work which will involve communicating information to the workshop, and inputting data.
The successful candidate will ideally have motor trade experience, knowledge of Kerridge and a background in a customer services with experience of dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone.
Hours of work are Mon- -Fri 8am-6pm and every third Saturday 8am-1pm.
