The successful applicant will be part of the management team, responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Experience of management, not necessarily in the hospitality industry, is important for this position. In particular we are looking for someone who can lead and motivate staff to provide a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy and varied environment.
Benefits will include a competitive salary, 5 day week, 5.6 weeks paid holiday per annum, participation in the company’s Assistant Management Development Programme, profit sharing and pension schemes. There are excellent prospects for an enthusiastic, career minded candidate.
