Due to our continued expansion, Maidstone Motor Group are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Vehicle Technician for our busy and expanding workshop.
We are looking for skilled, experienced Technicians who are flexible in their approach to work, display an attention to detail, and who work well in a team environment.
Ideally you will come from a Main Dealer background and understand the pressures of performing to high standards in a busy Main Dealer workshop.
You will need to be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). MOT tester an advantage but not essential. You will need hold a full clean driving licence, be a committed individual and be a good team player. You must be able to produce an exemplary quality of work in a busy environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for yourself and your team. You will have a full understanding of the importance of delivering 'Complete Customer Satisfaction' in this fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be working as part of a team with the focus & passion to excel at every challenge. A smart appearance, good communication skills with a flexible approach are essential. Working conditions and career prospects are excellent, plus appropriate on-going (Brand) manufacturer training will be provided.
We offer a competitive and generous package for the right candidate.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, Saturday mornings on rota.
