THE OPPORTUNITY

The company believe in providing "outstanding customer service". In this position you will be working in the firms Contact Centre and will manage inbound calls, emails and live chat.

Your role will be to make the experience memorable for the customer and due to expansion the firm need to recruit additional travel consultants to join the expanding team.

However, we only want to recruit people who get a genuine buzz out of providing a great service. Those that are great listeners and have the ability to build a rapport and quickly understand the customers needs.

This is an amazing opportunity to work right at the heart of the business alongside some really bright and energetic people.

HOURS:

We’re looking for super flexible people who are able to work across the firms opening hours. This opportunity is for 20 hours per week to include 3 evenings per week 7pm - 11pm and and 1 day at the weekend. (Latest finish 9pm).

Induction

In order for you to be the best you can be you will be expected to attend a 2 week programme to help you get the most of out your new role. This will run for 2 weeks Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30.
