Oxon Hoath Country Estate Retreat (www.oxonhoath.co.uk) seeks a responsible, organised, flexible and open-minded individual for this challenging role. As Housekeeper you would organise a small team of cleaners as well as some hands-on cleaning yourself. You would also be responsible for scheduling laundry and supplies amongst other tasks. You must be a good communicator, liaising with admin, maintenance and catering departments as well as guests. We are a small team running a huge Georgian mansion hosting around 70 varied events each year so flexibility and hands-on work is essential. Your own transportation is crucial as we are located out in the countryside between Hadlow and Mereworth. 3 days per week, £7 per hour plus pro-rata holidays and opportunities for extra hours.
