An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the highest quality service within this exclusive Michelin starred restaurant.
Excellent opportunity for a passionate Chef to progress further with their career within the highest quality kitchen!
The ideal candidate:
• Experience within a multi rosette or Michelin kitchen operation
• Some experience with Modern French / European cuisine
• Experience of menu development away from the corporate brands
• A passion for coaching, training and developing their team within the kitchen
• Food hygiene management success
Duties include:
• Running service in the absence of the Head Chef
• Management of the kitchen brigade
• Assisting with Menu/recipe development
• Food hygiene management
• Food standards/consistency
