JIK Software Ltd, the team behind JobsInKent.com, are looking to recruit a full-time Telesales Consultant to assist in helping promote our rapidly growing websites: JobsInEssex.com, JobsInSussex.com and JobsInSurrey.com
This role would suit someone with recruitment experience, possibly as a Recruitment Consultant
The role will be office based in Maidstone where you will be responsible for generating leads by targeting local businesses by telephone. The position requires someone with huge drive, ambition and confidence in their abilities. You must be good on the telephone, be able to search for your own leads and work to targets.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and outgoing sales person, with passion and drive to succeed to join the team in Maidstone town centre.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of:
• Cold Calling
• Converting sales on the phone
• Dealing with a high volume of outbound calls
• Achieving targets
Applicants must be confident and able to build rapport at Manager and Director level. You must also be self-motivated, hardworking and able to handle rejection. Whilst full training will be provided, previous experience is preferable.
We are offering a friendly office environment on Maidstone High Street with a salary of £16,000 basic plus commission bringing a realistic on-target earnings of over £25,000.
