We are looking for an experienced Digital Lead Creative to join our team. You will be responsible for taking a concept from start to finish and creating original and inspiring design, therefore the ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions is as crucial.



As a digital marketing agency with core competencies including user experience, digital marketing and global ecommerce it’s really important that you have an understanding of form and function – being able to create beautiful, innovative and engaging experiences that deliver for our clients.

Although this is a Digital Design position any experience with logo design and branding would be ideal. Above all we want a passionate, skilled creative who takes pride in their work.


As a designer we would expect you to understand colour, typography and creativity and be able to hold your own in round table discussions with account directors, user experience experts and our lead technologists. Any experience in offline design would also be advantageous.

Candidate Requirements

The skills we're looking for are:

· A great creative mind that can balance form and function

· A sound working knowledge of typography and colour

· Experience in the digital industry working across web, mobile, email and digital display

· An ability to create art, illustrations and/or info graphics

· An experienced team player who is used to working with others outside of their discipline

· Experience working with the Adobe suite of software products (Fireworks, Illustrator, Photoshop etc)

· Excellent communication and organisation skills
