Long-established publishing company is looking for an experienced b2b salesperson to drive subscriptions and advertising revenue.
Dunstans Publishing produces a market-leading subscription newsletter, website and directory providing market information in the areas of corporate social responsibility, environment and public affairs for a wide variety of businesses and organisations.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to target senior managers/directors in the corporate, academic and NGO sectors. While principally a telesales role, the position will also involve lead and list development, and identifying new markets and business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have:
• several years experience in b2b sales
• the ability and desire to sell
• excellent communication skills and command of the English language
• a confident and determined approach to business
• a high degree of self-motivation, ambition and drive
• a proven track record of working to deadlines, closing deals and meeting targets
• strong commercial awareness and good mathematical skills
• a high level of proficiency in MS office and web/email use
• experience of CRM systems/databases.
An interest in, and understanding of, corporate ethics and the environment would be a benefit to the role, as would experience in list development or marketing.
