A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef at The New Flying Horse, Wye, near Ashford working alongside our award winning Head Chef. You can view the New Flying Horse on their website: www.newflyinghorsewye.co.uk
The position is full time over 5 days – experience of working in a busy pub, hotel or restaurant is essential.
Applicants will need to have had the relevant experience to support the Head Chef and to manage and mentor the team in the absence of the Head Chef. At this site we produce high quality food using the freshest of ingredients sourced locally, therefore a natural flair and passion in assisting with the implementation of new dishes.
Participation in our Chef Development programme is offered for a career minded Chef.
The benefits package will include a competitive salary, profit sharing and pension schemes and 5.6 weeks paid holiday per annum. Also participation in our staff discount scheme for food and hotel accommodation throughout the managed estate.
