This is an interesting role within their Inbound Customer Services Team. You will be liaising with customers who are looking to make a variety of bookings.

We are looking for individuals with a good level of education who can liaise with customers on a daily basis, respond to queries on email and live chat deal with administration and offer clients a refreshingly different customer service experience.

If you are someone who enjoys making a difference and has developed an excellent set of customer skills we'd love to hear from you.

Full training will be provided.

Hours Of Work:
20 Hours per week spread over 3 evenings starting at 7pm and finishing at 11pm. In addition to 1 day over the weekend for 8 hours.

Induction
In order for you to be the best you can be they have put together a 2 week programme to help you get the most of out your new role. This will run for 2 weeks Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30pm
