Due to continued and on-going successes, we are now looking to grow our team at HRGO Recruitment in Ashford and we are offering an exciting, varied and fast paced opportunity to a local person wishing to embark on a career in Recruitment.
You will be trained on how to use our in-house systems and be guided through all aspects of the recruitment industry with a view to a successful and rewarding career within HRGO.
This is a Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm) position, with 1 hour for lunch and, of course time away to complete any relevant college commitments.
Skills Required:
• Good understanding of Word & Excel
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Confident communication skills (face to face and over the phone)
• Knowledge of Outlook / Explorer
Personal Qualities:
Excellent telephone manner
Articulate and presentable
Trustworthy
Recruitment can sometimes be a stressful environment, so you'll need a cool head and a drive to succeed too!
