We are recruiting for an energetic and switched on individual to take on the opportunity of a Sales Administrator within a busy office environment. The successful candidate will offer a high level of customer service to all customers and act as a point of contact for them throughout an installation process in their home.
We require an organised person that can multi task and has a professional and confident communication style.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure all contracts and deposits are received for new sales
Ensure all information is uploaded accurately onto the system
Contact customers to arrange site visits, installations and resolve any queries
Manage parts orders for engineers
Work to help department achieve weekly installation targets
Manage engineers schedules
Any other associated administration tasks
This role can often be hectic and fast paced so we require a candidate that can react to changing situations and priorities. There will be a large amount of internal and external communication so a friendly and outgoing personality is fundamental to this role.
