We have a permanent Full Time vacancy for an experienced Administrator working for an established and very successful business in Gravesend. The main aspects of this role are transport liaison (emails and spread sheets), Sales order processing (paperwork) and all General Administration.

Monday -Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary £14-£16k, depending on experience

Duties will include:
* Ensuring all customers have a transport email sent with the expected time of arrival for their order and to keep them informed of any delays
*Make sure manifests are created for goods being dispatched that day
Process all orders received through the website as well as orders generated by the sales office. This will involve raising purchase orders to suppliers, checking stock availability with suppliers, raising delivery notes, creating fabrication work orders, installation sign of sheets.

All general administration, including:
* Processing of paperwork
*Delivery notes
*Invoices
*Quotations
*Proforma
*Purchase orders
*Manifest
*Information sheets on products
*General filing
*Binding / creating documents for staff members for meetings
*Shredding
*Archiving old documents

The successful candidate will need strong administration experience, preferably some experience within accounts. The role is working within a very busy office so ability to work under pressure and to the time limits is essential. You will need excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail.
