Purpose of the Job:

To book on site visits with customers where required, including hardware installations. Use a matrix to ensure the correct person is booked for the job and confirmation is sent to customer. Ensure everything is in place for installations booked. Offer this service across teams.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Pre-installation Form
Make sure that the form is sent to all customers requesting a server install. Chase return of form as required.

Install Checks
Making sure that everything is in place for installation. This can include working with the customer and third parties.

Third Line Support Bookings
If an incident cannot be resolved by second line it will be passed to this role to book a visit. Use a matrix to ensure the correct person is booked for the job and confirmation is sent to customer.

Customer Liaison
Proactively keeps customers up to date with day to day progress on their support requests and maintains good working relationships with customers. Raise incidents with EiS Service Desk or Third Parties as appropriate. Identifies and deals with customer conflicts as they arise.

Incident Logging
Logging details of calls not received from EiS Order Management and passing on to the appropriate team.
