Due to expansion my client is now looking to attract and recruit and experienced Recruitment Consultant for an established commercial desk. Although this is a warm desk, you will have the ability to retain and grow existing business as well as gaining new business.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous recruitment experience,preferably gained in a similar environment.

Ability to work the desk immediately without training

Good knowledge of both perm and temp/ contracts commercial recruitment

Driven and hungry to succeed

An appetite for the job and for recruitment in general

Excellent telephone manner manner

Good written and spoken English with the ability to converse at all levels

Excellent sales skills, both over the phone and face to face.

This is a client facing role, therefore being well presented is a pre requisite , as is having a driving license and your own car.

Hard working with a good and positive attitude.

Team player.

Negotiable basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
