Part-Time Management Accountant
(flexible on hours ideally 2/3 days)
Salary negotiable £11-15per hour

Job Description:
This opportunity requires commitment and dedication. Suitable applicants will be looking for autonomy and responsibility within a challenging role. Strong IT skills to include Sage are necessary as is the ability to communicate and present.

You will:
Produce weekly financial reports and monthly management accounts to tight deadlines.
Prepare statutory accounts and required schedules for annual audit.
Maintain sales, purchase and general ledgers.
Produce monthly payrolls and related returns.
Prepare and submit VAT returns.
Prepare budgets and re-forecasts.
Perform variance analysis and appropriate reporting.
Perform cash-flow forecasting.
Property management – production of quarterly rent demands and client statements.
Ability to undertake Companies House returns.

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
Solid experience in a similar finance role.
Must have excellent IT and communication skills.
Have excellent leadership skills to inspire and drive key personnel within the business.
Stay appraised of developments in the marketplace, including new formats, technologies and competitive developments.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
