Purchase Ledger-Seal-£17-£18000

My client situated in Seal are currently looking to recruit a temporary Purchase Ledger to join their finance function with a view to potentially go permanent. This role will be a sole opportunity where the individual will be required to work individually towards tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities
• Manage the day to day operations of the purchase ledger including purchase order system.
• Generate supplier payment runs.
• Process and manage employee expense claim forms and associated payment runs.
• Monthly reconciliation of the creditor’s ledger.
• Prepare and input journals where necessary.
• Assist with month end reconciliations and processes.
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Support the Business Accountant with monthly project reporting

As well as the above key skills and responsibilities the ideal candidate will have the ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail as well as a willingness to be flexible and assist with other accounts functions as necessary.
