We are a medium size M&E contractor based in Detling, Kent.
We require a VERY strong administrator who is also very accurate with inputting of numbers, would possibly suit someone with book keeping background.
Supporting our field based staff, will be placing orders on suppliers, obtaining estimates from suppliers, O&M Manuals, Risk Assessments, ordering access equipment for site, arranging hotels for external staff, generally the admin arm for the site based teams. A very VARIED role.
Must have following attributes:
* Work alone and part of a team
* Fantastic work ethic, wanting the company to do well
* Very familiar with all microsoft packages
* Very comfortable working with numbers as back-costing forms parts of role
* Incredibly well organised and able to prioritise work load
* Complete client satisfaction is your goal
A small office team, but very busy and good atmosphere with all staff well looked after by a young and enthusiastic management structure.
Everyone has a "can do" attitude and enjoys seeing the business grow and develop into market leader within our sector.
Would consider Graduates, however only if they can demonstrate exceptional administration skills and knowledge of the software above.
