We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our existing Gillingham Office Team.

A background in sales is preferential as you will be require to make outgoing sales calls in order to attract more business. You will be given a small amount of existing clients, however the person applying for the role needs to be target driven and very determined. Someone who enjoys sales and converting business would be perfectly suited to the role!

In addition to Sales, duties will include recruiting staff to fill gained bookings / vacancies, placing advertisements, registering candidates, speaking to clients on a regular basis, face to face meetings with clients, negotiation, elements of payroll (i.e. timesheets).

Full training will be given and after 12 months successfully within the role you will be put forward for REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) training and qualification.

The office working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (during busier periods you may be required to work past 6pm, however this is avoided wherever possible).

MC Personnel operate a mobile out of hours on call system, where clients and candidates can emergency contact MCP. Therefore you would be required to be "on call" for hours outside of your normal working day approx 2-3 per month (please note this is NOT a 24/7 service). We also operate a rota for weekends on call which on average you receive once every 5 weeks. During the on call periods you will be provided with a mobile phone and iPad. Additional pay is made for weekends on call.
