Our client, an international charity, requires a Finance Officer for their brand new head office in Kent. With decades of success behind them and more to come in the future, this company offers scope for progression and a positive environment to work in.
Responsibilities include overseeing the production of accurate and timely management accounts, budget, debtors` ledger, treasury, purchase ledger and payroll. Specific projects will also be designated to the job-holder.
Another essential role of the position is the submission of accounts to the charity commission, so knowledge of SORP would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and/ or ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified/ part qualified, and show use of initiative and independence. Systems experience, preferably with Sage Payroll and Sage Line 50, is also desirable.
