Our client, due to the rapid expansion of their department is currently looking for an experienced Estate Manager to join their busy and vibrant team in Bromley.
Candidates need to be strong team players, looking for career progression in the management of residential property and are required to be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
This role requires candidates to have experience in residential block management and preferably hold a IRPM qualification.
You will be required to :-
Manage a portfolio of residential blocks in the South East London and Kent area.
Arranging and oversee works and repairs
Monitoring contractors and programmed services
Laise with tradesman, advisors and local authorities
Consulting leaseholders on planned major works
Carrying out inspections
Ensuring H and S compliance
Preparing service charge budgets
Approve and monitor service charge expenditure
Interpret leases and other contractual documentation.
This is a rewarding role for someone with the right experience who is looking to get ahead in property management and work within a highly organised and motivated team.
