MacKenzie King are currently working with an excellent employer in Kent who are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has worked within a contact centre environment to join their growing business.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a newly formed position, offering the scope for the successful candidate to really "make the role their own."
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Communication Centre and wider business with recruitment and training activities as well as supporting the HR Manager with the full training cycle, from research to evaluation.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous work experience within a contact centre
- Recruitment and selection experience
- A skilled presenter who can deliver training and learning at all levels within an organisation
- A first class communicator in person, on paper and online
- Ability to identify and introduce effective working systems
- Experience of creating and delivery of PowerPoint presentations
