Our client is a large and established organisation within Kent employing thousands of staff across the business. They are looking to employ an enthusiastic and experienced HR Advisor to join their business during a period of change.
The suitable candidate will have had good exposure and experience in a generalist HR role with particular emphasis/focus on legislation, grievance procedures, disciplinary procedures and absenteeism.
Working as part of a dynamic team, this role will provide information to Managers and staff on employment related policies, procedures and processes and provide consistent advice and guidance to managers on policies and procedures.
You must possess good commercial acumen and have a "can do" attitude and be able to work self-sufficiently. Advice, support and guidance is always available and this role will suit a candidate who is always looking at potential solutions, rather than just a problem.
