A leading company based in Maidstone are looking for an excellent HR Administrator on a temporary/contractual basis.
The role will involve completing pre employment checks, going through database to ensure that all compliance and checks have been completed and being involved in a lot of the recruitment process regarding new starters and inductions.
The successful candidate will need to be switched on with a background in HR administration - this role requires someone who can work at a very fast pace, and can work on their own initiative. Although this role does require someone with human resource experience, this role is going to be quite mundane in terms of the administrative duties.
