Your duties will include:
•To maintain the provision of an efficient and professional front end administrative service focused upon the delivery of an effective training and recruitment service to beneficiaries, stakeholder and employers.
•To ensure and maintain the effective registration of all students and employers seeking to use the CTR services, including issuing tests and booking appointments.
•Prepare and generate reports and information whilst maintaining accurate databases records.
•To regularly monitor customer service satisfaction through telephone calls and employer surveys.
•Assist in maintaining sufficient stationery stocks.
•Assist the team at external exhibitions, recruitment drives and training events across the country.
•To take on any comparable duties as directed by the Business Development Manager.
Skills required
•Effective customer service skills
•Proven communication and organisation skills
•Ability to work to deadlines
•Excellent literacy, ICT and numeracy skills
•Effective written communication
•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent
Personal Qualities
•Friendly and approachable
•Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
•Work experience in an office environment, or a customer service industry would be desirable.
