My client is a leading and expanding motor insurance group who are renowned for their staff reward and recognition. Currently rated high up in the Times Top 100 Companies list they have a great deal to offer their employees. They are currently recruiting for a Talent Development Co-ordinator to be based out of their Tunbridge Wells office.

The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to all members of the Talent Development Team, ensuing that all training programmes can be delivered to the highest standards.

On a day to day basis your duties may include but are not limited to: book, organise and assist in the running of training sessions; branding of all delivery and support materials; update training databases; collating and writing a variety of department reports.

You MUST have experience in a co-ordinator position, preferably but not essentially within L&D. You must be highly organised, well presented with an excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills both verbally and written. You will work to your own initiative and will be able to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously.

Please note that there may be additional travel to other office locations at times.
