An exciting and unique, 6 month secondment opportunity (fixed term contract) has opened within AXA PPP International.

Managing and developing world-class, engaging, training and development solutions in both the UK operation and in our third party offices and partnerships overseas is what’s required here.

The role
In this role you will own the strategy for training and internal communications for our AXA PPP International.
Fostering and maintaining excellent relationships with all department managers across the worldwide network on development needs is important. You’ll be providing expert advice and guidance, whilst highlighting opportunities and preferred methods of training. There’ll be a need for you to recognise the various cultural differences and preferences, and tailoring your training and development solutions accordingly.

You will be required to deliver training, as and when necessary, and therefore building employee capability through knowledge, skills and behaviour to the required competence

There are 5 training consultants who report into you who have a mixture of training and communications responsibilities. Not only will you undertake all aspects of people / performance management you will also share your training expertise and experience with them to help develop their skills on an ongoing basis. You will allocate and manage their workload, providing the necessary support to ensure training is delivered to the highest possible quality, and on time.


Skills, knowledge and behaviour
Exceptional skills in training design, delivery and evaluation. (CITP or equivalent qualification preferred, but not essential)
Proven track record in creating innovative solutions
Highly experienced in people / performance management
Strategic influencing skills, at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident decision maker; with ability to delegate and negotiate
Brilliant relationship building / stakeholder management skills; internally and externally
Sound knowledge of FCA / T&C frameworks

Salary £34,000 - £43,000 (dependent upon experience)
