Audit Senior - Accountancy and Finance - Kent
Our client, a thriving top 15 practice with a large network of offices covering over 100 countries are looking for an Audit Senior to join there busy Kent office.
Reporting to the Audit manager you will have responsibility for :
Controlling the audit in relation to timescales, budgets and risk management procedures, ensuring that deadlines are achieved and productivity is maintained
Taking a proactive approach in managing your own portfolio, and elements of the wider business unit.
Managing effectively client and departmental expectations of resources and deliverables
Leading, motivating and coaching team members, providing feedback through regular communication and timely appraisal whilst being familiar with relevant training and development options.
The successful candidate will possees the following skills and experience:
Professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA)
Substantial post-qualified experience in audit within practice
Good working knowledge of compliance and regulation
