We are looking for bright & enthusiastic customer service focused individuals to join a very successful company based in Ashford and provide front line technical support to customers. We have vacancies for two Customer Service Agents that can work across flexi shift patterns to join our multi-client based Response Centre in Ashford.
You will be responsible for handling telephone calls, data processing, customer service queries, reporting and other administrative duties for a Telecoms client within the Response Centre.
You should be enthusiastic, approachable, positive, supportive & professional at all times, with the ability to develop strong relationships with people of all levels and experience. You will be willing to learn any new skills required to fulfil and develop this role. Excellent customer service skills are a must for this position.
Applicants should be organised, flexible, a team player with good IT & communication skills. It is paramount that all applicants have excellent verbal and written skills in required languages and live in the Ashford region.
Prior experience or a personal interest in either telecoms or technical support would be an advantage. You must be fluent in English as well Portuguese or Italian.
The current opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 21.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 20.00pm. Shifts will be 12 hours a day 3 days on 3 days off. This position will start on a temporary basis and for the successful candidates will move into a permanent role.
