First Office Systems supplies and supports telephone systems and multifunctional copier/printers. The company is a British Standards Institution accredited company with an ISO 9001:2008 compliant Quality Management System. We are located in Tunbridge Wells and have been established for 23 years

We have a full time vacancy for an experienced person to work in our Service Centre receiving calls from customers requesting service and support for their telephone systems and multifunctional copier/printers. An excellent telephone manner is essential as is the ability to use our computerised service management application.

The position involves the following:

Receiving telephone calls from customers requiring service and support
Liaising by telephone and e-mail with field service technical staff
Using bespoke computerised service management application
Raising purchase orders for repairs, spare parts and consumables.
Receiving goods, maintaining stock and stock checking
Processing warranty claims with manufacturers
Ensuring compliance is maintained with our Quality Management System
Liaising with and reporting to the Service Director
