Hays Human Resources are seeking a HR Business Partner for a job in the Sittingbourne area. This role will be offered on a full time permanent basis.
Our client is a leading company who pride themselves on attracting and recruiting talented individuals to join their team.
The successful candidate will work to provide proactive support and guidance on all HR issues. You will adopt a generalist role, providing advice across all important HR matters such as employee relations, policies, procedures and grievances and disciplinaries. You will use your previous experience and skill set in order to promote a forward thinking and positive approach in your team.
You will have a strong HR Manager or HR Business Partner background and be able to demonstrate knowledge excellence and expertise.
Key skills and desirables:
- Able to provide efficient and effective ongoing support on a wide range of HR matters
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to display a confident, can-do attitude across all situations
