Quality & Development Controller, Kent

Barker Munro Recruitment, Kent’s leading Insurance recruitment specialist are currently working with a leading local name in the insurance market who are looking to recruit a Quality & Development controller for a busy claims unit.

As the Quality & Development controller you will be responsible for coaching, motivating and supporting staff through development of their work and identifying areas for improvement via training sessions. You will be directly responsible for quality reviews on work carried out by the claims staff and will be asked to design and host group training sessions related to claims management best practice.

There will be a large piece in this role centred on workflow and processes.

As the Quality & Development controller you will work closely with senior management to identify team members who are looking to develop but also individuals who need further development needs in order to satisfy varying SLA’s set out with the clients.

To be considered for this exciting opening you will be able to communicate effectively with staff and management and have a natural flair for mentoring and coaching people. Also good to have will is the ability to identify trends, ideas, gaps and the awareness to work on quality and audit issues.

This is an excellent opening within one of Kent’s largest insurance organisations.
