We are now recruiting support workers for 'on call' duties and night duties working with people with dementia in Maidstone and the surrounding areas.

• Hourly rate variable
• QCF (NVQ 2) or equivalent experience needed. We also offer a full and thorough induction and mentoring program which will give you confidence and a full range of necessary skills to support people with dementia

• Excellent travelling expenses

• 28 days paid holiday, pro-rata

• Continual professional development through nurse led training courses,extensive in house training and free training for QCF/NVQ in social care

• Opportunities to progress into specialist areas with responsibility and leadership roles.

• Full and part time positions with some guaranteed contracted hours
