HR Administrator / South Kent / Initially 3 months / £21k - £24k pro rata
My client, a well-established employer based in South Kent, require an HR Administrator to start immediately on a 3 month contract in return for a salary which would be £21-24k as a full time equivalent dependent upon experience. There is the possibility that this role will go permanent for the right candidate.
This role involves providing a first class HR administrative support to the HR team. This involves all aspects of generalist HR administrative service, including full payroll support, dealing with payroll enquiries, pension administration and benefits management. You will be responsible for maintaining legally compliant documentation regarding all aspects of employment as well as assisting with any enquiries, completing, running and analysing HR reports and any project work as required.
You will be an experienced HR Administrator with a background working in a generalist environment. You must have previously dealt with the payroll process to be considered for this position. You must also be immediately available, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and communicate effectively at all levels. You will be flexible, personable and reliable, with the ability to work on your own initiative. Your IT skills will be excellent and you will be conversant with all MS Office packages, with experience using HR and Payroll systems.
