This role will directly support the HR Manager and will cover all aspects of the HR Function. The position will be predominately based at my clients UK Head Office in Dartford but will also include working two days a week from the Canary Wharf office.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Liaising with Managers to understand their recruitment requirements
- Carry out the induction process for new starters
- Conducting exit interviews for leavers
- Assisting Managers with identifying development opportunities
- Book training courses as required
- Delivering in house training on employee related issues
- Attend disciplinary, grievance and redundancy meetings as required
- Assist the HR Manager with the collation of payroll information
- Manage sickness records
- Carry out regular visits to staff based on high profile client sites
- Assist the HR Manager with any ad hoc administration tasks
This is a generalist role based within a busy HR Department and will provide direct support to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will be fully or part CIPD qualified or qualified through experience.
