This position is for a minimum of 3 months, with a possibility of a permanent placement.
The role ensures that a first-class service is provided for all HR administration services, including Payroll and Benefits management.
The ideal candidate will have experience of maintaining legally compliant documentation and employment records, assisting with enquiries and document requests, creating, running and analysing HR reports for effective people management, as well as supporting the wider HR team.
You will also be required to ensure accurate and timely inputting and checking of payroll data, as well as assisting with payroll-related enquiries, audits, pension and benefits management, and data extraction.
The ideal candidate will have experience of using a variety of systems, (for example ADP, Cronus, Spiral etc) as well as advanced level Excel, the ability to act to the highest level of diplomacy and discretion, and a willingness to go that extra mile to add value to the team.
You will also be keen, analytical, have good attention to detail, and enjoy working within a fast-paced, positive, and friendly environment.
