Randstad CPE are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our Trades Team, based in Maidstone.

This role will be covering: West London or North London, but candidates need to be happy to be based in Maidstone as their main office location.

The role
As an experienced recruitment consultant you will be joining an ambitious and high performing team, you will benefit from an established desk presenting the opportunity to generate immediate revenue and earn yourself a generous basic salary and uncapped bonuses making a package value of c.£80,000 OTE

The successful individual will be responsible for:

* achieving targets
* business to business sales
* new business development
* revenue generation
* account management
