We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team as it expands.

You will be responsible for creating and growing a successful desk - we are predominately industrial however we are willing to work with a Consultant if they have specialties in other sectors and consider expansion into this sector.

The successful candidate will be expected to work to targets set and have the ability to work under pressure and demand. We operate a very busy office with a large number of footfall and there is a constant flow of candidates entering the office.

You will need to be responsible for sales, generating additional business, meeting potential clients and negotiating. You will then be responsible for candidate generation and maintaining an excellent relationship with both candidate and client.

Ideal candidates will have at least 12 - 24 months successful work history working within Recruitment Industry or similar.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. You will also be required to be part of a mobile phone on call (out of hours) rota.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience / qualifications. Benefits include Pension, Healthcare benefits (after qualifying period), uniform. Bonus is paid at 10% on over target earnings along with 10% on permanent placements. Competitions are also run quarterly with prizes including holidays, trips and days out, iPads and other prizes.
