The Trust now has the following vacancy based at our Monkshill Farm Shop, Dargate, near Faversham.

Farm Shop Assistant
· Bank basis zero hour contract
· Flexible hours available including weekend working
· Pay point at National Minimum Wage for age up to TJTT point 2 (£6.50 per hour) dependant on experience

The role is to assist with the day to day running of the Farm Shop and to maximise sales through excellent customer service.

Duties will include assisting customers with purchases in the shop, assisting with preparation of food and beverages, and serving in our café, ensuring that strict food hygiene standards are upheld at all times.

Customer facing experience is essential to this role, retail or restaurant experience is desirable. Full details of the requirements are outlined within the job specification. Please note that due to the location of the farm shop access to transport will be required as there is no close public transport link.
