We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our expanding Recruitment hub team in Maidstone, Kent.
Working within the recruitment team you will support the internal processes, work closely with our clients to help them develop their hiring requirements and develop appropriate recruitment delivery plans to attract, engage and select talent

As Recruitment Specialist you will also take account for the end to end operational delivery of recruitment, provide both excellent candidate and hiring manage experiences as well as having the ability to think creatively in terms of hiring the best talent.

Our Recruitment Specialists take personal responsibility for hiring across a variety of functions, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and IT to name a few and requires you to develop and maintain strong partnerships with our clients.

You must also be first class at utilising direct sourcing methods both through social media, online advertising and networking. You will also have superb relationship building skills, will be highly motivated and have the ability to manage your own workload and possess first class communication skills.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience in both agency and in house recruitment but a proven recruitment track record howsoever gained is of interest. If you feel like you have the relevant experience and are seeking a new challenge, we would certainly like to hear from you.
