Community Care Workers:
We are currently looking for dedicated Community Care Workers in the Chatham area to join our committed team to deliver high quality services to our service users in their own homes. We have flexible vacancies for various shifts, including morning, lunch, tea and bed calls.
All applicants must be able to work flexible hours including alternate weekends. Drivers are essential as this position will involve travelling between service users' homes.
Successful applicants will be expected to provide an Enhanced DBS check.
Experience preferred but not essential as a full training induction programme will be provided.

Senior Community Carer:
Due to expansion of services we are looking for a dedicated Senior Community Carer in Swale/Medway to assist the Care Manager with the day to day running of the service. Ideally this would suit a Care Worker looking for progression in the care industry. Must be computer literate with a good telephone manner. Duties will include all of the tasks a Community Carer would do for service users but in addition you will also be responsible for administrative and supervisory tasks.
Including (but not limited to)
+ Assisting with service user assessments and reviews
+ Assisting with training, supervision & induction of new and existing Care Workers
+ Assisting the Care Manager with the effective day to day running of the service whilst ensuring a positive and professional image at all times
All applicants must be able to work flexible hours including alternate weekends. Drivers are essential as this position will involve travelling between service users' homes.
Successful applicants will be expected to provide an Enhanced DBS check.
Essential to the Senior Community Carer role is at least a Diploma/NVQ 2 in Care and/or a Diploma/NVQ 3 in Care (or be willing to work towards a level 3 qualification within 6 months of start date)
