Youth Café Manager/Youth Worker to run HOUSE in the Basement Youth Café in Sevenoaks. To manage the general running and operation of the Youth Café, this will include planning, delivery, co-operation, customer service, cash handling, cashing-up, stock and security and housekeeping.
To interact and communicate with young people to safeguard
and ensure good standards of support, provision and behaviour.
To build up good working relationships and communication with the Youth Café staffing team, volunteers, young people and partner organisations.
37hrs per week to cover opening hrs of youth café : Salary £22,000pa
