Experienced Assistant Pub Manager with live in accommodation
In order to strengthen the team at the Ship and Trades, we wish to recruit a further Assistant Manager.

The successful applicant will be part of the Management Team, responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Experience of management, not necessarily in the hospitality industry, is important for this position. In particular we are looking for someone who can lead and motivate staff to provide a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy and varied environment.
Benefits will include a competitive salary, 5 day week, 5.6 weeks paid holiday per annum, participation in the company’s profit sharing and pension scheme, also our Assistant Management Development Programme, and excellent prospects for an enthusiastic, career minded candidate. There is single, live in accommodation on site if required.
